The Paga Hill Development Company commissioned SAP & Associates via Super Builders Ltd. to undertake traffic studies for the proposed Paga Hill Estate Development. The traffic study assesses the current traffic conditions based on analysis of traffic data collected within the traffic study area. It provides a comprehensive Impact assessment of the likely traffic scenarios and traffic effects during the project years of the proposed precinct development.

SAP & Associates has undertaken traffic impact studies within Port Moresby since 2019 but has been involved in traffic data collection for over 10 years.
